Specialized Concept Store in Val Gardena. Mountain bikes, e-bikes, road bikes and kids' bikes, all Specialized. We help you pick the model and size and set the bike up before you head out. In-house workshop with Shimano and Bosch certified mechanics.
Since 2004: the shop where the HERO was born
We have been in Selva since 2004, across from the tourist office. In 2010 the HERO Südtirol Dolomites started here, the marathon that brings thousands of bikers to the valley every June. Since then we have rented and repaired bikes for everyone riding the Sellaronda, the Alpe di Siusi and the Dolomite trails, from beginners to racers.

The routes
In Val Gardena you start from the valley floor towards the Alpe di Siusi, the Sellaronda and the Trail Arena. The tracks for the tours and trails, with distance, elevation gain and a hut to stop at, are on HERO Trails. Pick your route and we give you the right bike and set it up.

Test & Buy: try the bike, then decide
You rent the Specialized bike you are interested in and ride it on the real routes: the Alpe di Siusi, the Sellaronda, the Trail Arena, the passes. If you then buy it, we take 2 rental days off the price. As a Specialized Concept Store in Val Gardena, you ride the exact bike you take home, in your size.

- form the 6 day to the 3 day before the rental day we refund 50% of the total amount payed

Maintenance
Regular maintenance is essential to avoid problems while going to work or out and about on your bike. It also prevents unexpected repair costs. Our technicians are happy to carry out regular check-ups to increase your bike’s resilience and performance.
Repairs
Do you hear a weird sound while pedalling or is something wrong with your derailleur? Do your need to check your brakes? Our experienced mechanics are happy to help.
Improvements and replacements
Nobody likes a wobbly saddle. Backache or knee inflammation? Sometimes all you need is a slight change to your bike to solve a problem and increase performance while you cycle. Our specialists will take care of calibrating your bike or improving some of its parts. Guaranteed
